Drops per Bottle Size
Please use this chart as a loose guideline for finding out how many bottles you may need for the duration of your treatment. Dropper sizes vary, and fill levels vary, so this chart does not show exact overall measurements.
Usually, Australian Bush Flower Essences recommends 7 drops twice daily and 2 to 3 weeks of use before evaluating your progress. Most other brands recommend 2 to 4 drops three to four times a day for 4 weeks.
The main point is to use a few drops at a time on a regular schedule that is easy for you to maintain. The body acclimates to the rhythm of incoming energy and best results come from consistency.
Additionally, you can take as needed. It is better to take a few drops more frequently than to use more drops less often. There is no potential for addiction, toxicity, overdose, or interaction with medications.Â
