Shipping Guidelines
We will do everything we can to meet your needs, that is, we can combine orders to save you shipping costs, issue refunds for overpayment, send bills for underpayment, or communicate if there is further action necessary to make things right for you.
We will always be happy to take your order using email, text, or telephone if you do not want to use the cart.
General information
No delivery date can be guaranteed for any shipping method, including Express.
If backorders are necessary to complete your items, additional postage may apply.  If you use a card through PayPal, we can process the proper amount. If you use your PayPal account balance, we may send a bill that must be paid before we mail your items.
For destinations outside the USA, we recommend that you choose Pay By Invoice so we can send you a secure link for payment including the correct shipping charge.
Orders to Brazil, Mexico, and Singapore are mailed by Express only, unless we have an email stating your consent to the risk of theft or loss with no refund or replacement.
To Hong Kong only, UPS is least expensive.
Shipping rates for USA addresses
At this time, the shopping cart checkout only shows rates for shipping by USPS.
If you want UPS, or Express service, put that information in the Order Notes box during checkout and use the Pay By Invoice option. We will prepare and email to you a copy of your order including shipping cost and a payment link.
Shipping rates for international orders
As an example of how postage is structured for delivery outside the USA, the chart at the bottom of this page is an example of postage rates for delivery to Japan.Â
For all other countries, this structure will be similar.
Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope to Japan holds approximately twenty-four 1/4 oz OR sixteen 1/2 oz OR nine 1 oz with delivery to your country’s Customs in about 8 to 10 days.
Express Mail International Flat Rate Envelope holds up to approximately twenty-four 1/4 oz OR sixteen 1/2 oz OR nine 1 oz with delivery to your country’s Customs in about 5 to 7 days.
First-class International is slowest and least expensive; delivery to your country’s Customs could be 10 to 14 days and can take longer.
Examples for first-class:
Package up to 8 ounces weight will hold approximately six 1/4 oz OR three 1/2 oz OR two 1 oz
Package up to 2 pounds to Japan will hold approximately thirty-six 1/4 oz OR sixteen 1/2 oz OR nine 1 oz.
Package between 2 and 3 pounds to Japan will hold approximately fifty-four 1/4 oz OR twenty-six 1/2 oz OR fourteen 1 oz.
